How to: The Animal Based diet

Sticking to an animal-based diet can be challenging, but it can also be rewarding if you plan and prepare well. Here are some tips to help you stick to an animal-based diet:

*Note that grass fed meat is highly preferred over grain fed, however if grass fed is unavailable, then grain fed is the next best option.*

  2. Keep it simple: Focus on simple, easy-to-prepare animal-based foods, such as beef mince, slow-cooked brisket, or roasted beef. These foods are easy to cook and provide a lot of nutrients.

  3. Stock up on healthy animal-based snacks: Keep healthy animal-based snacks, such as hard-boiled eggs or beef jerky, on hand to help you stay on track when you're on the go.
